Coolvid Annual Care Plan - Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the Coolvid Annual Care Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The Coolvid Annual Care Plan is available to residents of the Philippines.

This plan is applicable to these types of air conditioning units serviced by Coolvid Aircondition & Refrigeration Parts Trading. Window type (non-inverter and inverter) and split type units.

2. Subscription Details

Subscription Period: The plan is valid for one (1) year from the date of subscription.

Service Schedule: Subscribers will receive a total of three (3) professional aircon cleaning services within the subscription period. Cleanings will be scheduled every four (4) months.

Free Check-up: Free check-up is offered only for subscribers in the Montalban, San Mateo, and Marikina areas. For other areas, a discounted check-up fee applies.


3. Pricing & Payment

Subscription pricing will depend on the type of air conditioning unit:

Window Type (Non-Inverter): ₱1,200/year (Save ₱300)

Window Type (Inverter): ₱1,680/year (Save ₱420)

Split Type: ₱2,880/year (Save ₱720)

Payment is required upfront for the entire 12-month subscription period.

Subscribers will receive a 20% discount on regular cleaning prices during the subscription period.

4. Subscriber Benefits

Priority Service: Subscribers will receive priority scheduling, especially during peak seasons.

Discounted Repairs and Services: Subscribers enjoy exclusive discounts on repairs and other services not included in the annual care plan.

Discounts on Future Services: Any additional services booked within the subscription year will be offered at a discounted rate.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 7 days of subscription will be eligible for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued after 7 days of subscription, except in the event of a service failure from Coolvid.

Subscribers may cancel the subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused services or remaining months.

6. Transfer of Subscription

The subscription is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or property.

7. Service Limitations

The plan covers aircon cleaning services only. Additional services such as repairs, parts replacement, or major system issues are not covered under the subscription plan and will be billed separately.

If the aircon unit is found to have issues that require additional work during the cleaning service, the subscriber will be informed, and additional charges may apply for repairs or parts replacement.

8. Subscriber Responsibilities

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure access to the aircon unit during scheduled service visits.

Subscribers must inform Coolvid of any issues with the aircon unit prior to scheduled cleaning appointments.

9. Liability

Coolvid will take reasonable care in providing services under the Annual Care Plan. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions in the unit, external factors, or misuse of the air conditioning unit.

10. Amendments

Coolvid reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the Annual Care Plan at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance.
