Nagbibigay ba kayo ng warranty sa repairs?
Opo! May warranty kami depende sa klase ng repair. Usually, nagbibigay kami ng 1-Month warranty para siguradong satisfied kayo sa service.
Gaano kadalas dapat magpa-cleaning ng aircon?
Ideally po, every 4 to 6 months para siguradong efficient at malinis ang unit. Kung heavy use po (like sa office), o malapit po silasa kalsada baka kailangan every 4 months.
Nagbebenta ba kayo ng brand new aircon?
Opo, nagbebenta po kami! Authorized Dealer po kami ng AUX, Daikin at OX. Kung may specific model po kayong hanap, sabihin niyo lang po. At mas maganda po mai-schedule natin ang ocular visit para po malaman natin kung ilang HP and kailangan i-install sa area.
Pwede bang pakabit ng bagong bili naming aircon?
Yes po! Nag-aalok kami ng professional installation service. Pero take note lang po na wala pong warranty samin ang unit since sa iba niyo po ito nabili.
Anong mode of payment ang tinatanggap niyo?
Tumatanggap po kami ng cash, GCash, bank transfer, credit card at Billease. Kung may ibang preferred method kayo, sabihin niyo lang po para ma-check namin."
May discount po ba kung multiple units ang ipapa-cleaning?
Opo, may discount kami para sa bulk services! Sabihin niyo lang kung ilan ang units para mabigyan namin kayo ng special rate.
